1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the khalibet platform (including any mobile, web, or progressive web application version thereof), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on khalibet from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the khalibet platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English-language version of this document shall take precedence. The platform operates in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and all time-sensitive provisions — including bonus expiry, session limits, and withdrawal processing windows — are measured against BST unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The khalibet platform is intended exclusively for adult players. To register and use our services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and applies without exception.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of any third party or acting as an agent for another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of khalibet or any of its technology and game-content partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from khalibet or had your account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You understand that real-money gambling carries financial risk and you are participating with funds that you can afford to lose.

Age Verification Process

khalibet enforces age verification at the withdrawal stage for all accounts. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to a government-issued National ID card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or official document issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified in our verification request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money betting and casino services on khalibet, you must complete our registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on khalibet at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether in your own name, under a different identity, or through a third-party arrangement — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, khalibet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed from those accounts, and retain any bonus funds credited to them. Genuine deposits may be returned at our discretion following investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. khalibet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. You must notify our support team immediately at support@khalibet if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. khalibet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from your sharing of login credentials with any third party.

3.4 Account Currency

All khalibet accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. All displayed balances, bet amounts, winning payouts, bonus values, and transaction records on the platform are expressed in BDT.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

khalibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Payment method availability may vary depending on your location, account verification status, and prevailing technical conditions. khalibet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on khalibet is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players may set personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-imposed deposit limits take effect immediately upon activation. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, subject to our standard verification checks. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. khalibet does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. khalibet reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including copies of your National ID card and evidence of the payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.5 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on khalibet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied within the platform. If your payment method operates in a different currency (which is unusual for Bangladesh-based payment methods), any conversion will be handled by your payment provider and khalibet bears no responsibility for exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied at the provider level.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the khalibet sportsbook and all casino wagers are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game, or event. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific game or market rule, the specific rule shall take precedence for the matter to which it relates.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted when you receive a confirmation notification and a unique bet reference number from the khalibet system. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference — for example, due to a connection interruption, a system timeout, or a market suspension — are not valid and will not be honoured. khalibet is not liable for bets that fail to register due to technical issues on the player's side, including mobile network connectivity problems.

5.3 Void Bets & Cancelled Events

khalibet reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market resolves; (b) the bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing or data error; (c) the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed; or (d) the player has used a system, software tool, or information feed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform's pricing. Void bets are returned to the player's BDT account balance at the staked amount.

5.4 Live Cricket & In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting — including the WL Live cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — is subject to real-time market suspensions during key match events (e.g., wicket delivery, DRS review, rain delay). Any bet placed on a suspended market will be rejected automatically. khalibet cannot guarantee continuous live data availability and is not liable for losses arising from delays or inaccuracies in third-party live sports data feeds.

5.5 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on khalibet — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti), and instant-win games — are governed by the rules embedded within the individual game software supplied by our certified game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe). The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and disclosed within the game interface. khalibet does not alter RTP settings.

5.6 Maximum Win Limits

Individual maximum win limits apply per bet, per game session, and per calendar day across all product verticals. These limits are published in the relevant game or market interface. khalibet reserves the right to apply a maximum win cap on any game or market and to limit, split, or delay payment of exceptionally large winning amounts pending verification of the win's validity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

khalibet offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, prize draws (including Win Drop), and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms which are communicated at the point of offer. The following general bonus principles apply to all khalibet promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• A minimum deposit requirement may apply to unlock a bonus. This amount is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Existing players who open a duplicate account to claim the welcome offer a second time are in breach of the one-account-per-player rule and will have both accounts suspended.

6.3 Win Drop Prize Draws

The Win Drop feature operates as a daily and weekly prize draw across the khalibet slots catalogue. Qualifying spins during the promotion window earn automatic entries into the prize pool. Winners are selected by a certified random draw mechanism. Cash prizes are credited directly to the winner's BDT account balance. Win Drop prizes are not subject to additional wagering requirements unless the specific Win Drop event terms state otherwise.

6.4 Seasonal Promotions

khalibet may run enhanced promotions during major sporting events (BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events) and cultural occasions relevant to Bangladesh (Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day). All seasonal promotions are time-limited and governed by their own specific terms. khalibet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any seasonal promotion at its sole discretion.

6.5 Bonus Abuse & Integrity

Any attempt to abuse the khalibet bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or using automated betting scripts — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses, voiding of any resulting winnings, and permanent suspension of the relevant accounts. khalibet employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the khalibet platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on sports events where you have any direct or indirect knowledge of, or involvement in, any corrupt or match-fixing activity.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with casino games on the platform.
• Arbitrage & Sure-Betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between khalibet and other operators to guarantee a risk-free profit, particularly in conjunction with bonus exploitation.
• Money Laundering: Using khalibet to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. We maintain anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, using stolen identity documents, or impersonating another individual for the purpose of accessing the platform.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the khalibet system or in any third-party game software accessible through the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker, live dealer tables, or any other interactive game format to gain an unfair collective advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other payment provider in relation to genuine khalibet deposits.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your khalibet account at any time by contacting our support team at support@khalibet. Before closing your account, please ensure that you have withdrawn all available funds, as khalibet cannot guarantee the retrieval of balances from a fully closed account after a specified retention period. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days of receipt.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request a self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming page or by contacting our support team directly. Self-exclusion locks your account for a minimum period of six (6) months and prevents you from registering a new account during the exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a duplicate account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the new account being immediately closed with any deposited funds being returned.

8.3 Suspension or Closure by khalibet

khalibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Suspected underage use of the platform
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Technical, legal, or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure

Where an account is closed for cause, khalibet reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Genuine deposited funds (excluding bonus credits and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be returned at khalibet's discretion following a completed investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

khalibet provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. khalibet will make reasonable efforts to restore full service as quickly as possible following any interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, khalibet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to claims related to account balances, settled bets, bonus credits, technical failures, or data loss — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by the player to khalibet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

khalibet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses — including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of business opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the khalibet platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law in Bangladesh.

10. Amendments to These Terms

khalibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to this document, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and by displaying a prominent notice on the khalibet platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the khalibet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The version history of these Terms & Conditions, including prior version dates, is available from our support team upon written request to support@khalibet. The current effective version of these Terms is always the version published at khalibet/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and khalibet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
